I didn't know I was being charged for this until my card company told me. You should ensure that a minor is not opening these accounts, and you should return my phone call tomorrow, Monday, July 15th. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Liars
I have an account with them and I needed to do a people search and I didn't sign in right away the link I clicked took me to their search page so I just filled out the information and it did its thing and it came back with 10 plus results so I fill out my credit card information and everything and then they come back saying that I already have an account and I need to sign in okay so I went and I signed in and then all of a sudden they didn't have any results and I did it like three different times and it came back no results no results no results and I know that's a lie because before I logged in they said that there was 10 results plus 10 plus results so and they did this to me a few months ago as well I did another people search and they did the same thing to me and I never even got the report because I got so mad that they were lying like that they just came back saying they had 10 but when I logged in all of a sudden there was none and I think that there is definitely something wrong there because that's BS. Yeah it's kind of weird because I paid for it so why can't I get the report ?
I mean what's the big deal if I log in or not I mean but when you log into the site it doesn't give you anything, when you're not a member gives you all kinds of results there's something screwy going on and I'm pissed off. I paid for that membership and they don't ever want to give me what I order and they don't ever want to resolve it they just keep going back and forth back and forth and it's a bunch of crap and I'm just pissed off and I want my reports.

Cancel subscription and refund
I need you guys out of my account, and I need a refund because I didn't sign up with you guys. I already had to change a card, and you are not authorized to go into my bank account or use any debit or credit card of mine to pull money for any fees whatsoever. Please end any subscription you may have with my name and banking info immediately.

Cause y'all say it's a dollar and you charge 29.95.
I was supposed to have a dollar taken out of my account and instead, you all took 29.96. I want my money back and I want to cancel my subscription.
No one has contacted me about this. I really need my 30 bucks back.

Over charging
This company keeps charging my bank account over and over and over. I'm so pissed off my bank is blocked it and help me out, but they keep charging me.

Very sleezy billing practice.
Hard to cancel. You must cancel within 5 days but they count first day so cancel within 4 days. No warning.

You took payment when you Shouldn'
No one answered and you took 1.00 on the 4/8/24 took a payment of 6.99 on the 4/13/24 29.00 04/08/24 another 6.99 . There should not have had any money taken I didn't even have it for a month tried to cancel it and yiu alrafh took my money and can't get ahold of anyone from customer service

Bad connection with customer service

Resolved: Cancel membership
Lady was very nice about canceling membership. I asked about refunding of last transaction and she put me on a brief hold and said since New Years was a holiday when I was trying to cancel, they refunded last transaction. Very thankful!.
They are open 7 days a week yet I can't get through on either phone number to cancel. Extremely unsatisfied consumer!
