I called to Cancel my subscription within the 5 day period the associate said he could not find my account with my email address... he wanted my full credit card number...

I refused to give it to him. I sent an email demanding that they not charge me... they said I needed to call. I have no idea when I haven’t checked until now but I’ve been paying $44.95 for that last 14 months and I have never used the service!!!

When I try to log on- it says They don’t have a valid email address. This is a scam- it will be nearly impossible to cancel...

I’m calling my bank tomorrow morning to see what they can do. I’m so pissed off
