Checkpeople - I got charged after “not signing up”!!

When I called, I was told I’d be refunded for my total cost...even got an email confirming this. No refund...been like 2 weeks even tho they said 48-72 hours. No refund! Called again and was more or less told I got screwed! No refund was noted by previous person so Screw me!
